Highlights: Things to Note: Parking: There is parking available for 2 standard vehicles (no large vehicles or extra long) under the carport. Lively Environment: The neighborhood can sometimes be lively, with music playing into the late night, especially during holidays or celebrations. It's not uncommon to hear fireworks on special occasions or even randomly. Community Feel: Despite the occasional noise, we've never had any issues in over three years. The people here are very nice and community-oriented. Authentic Charm Blue Collar: While some of the homes may have a more modest appearance, this adds to the area's authentic charm. Additional Fees: In the event you book and decide to shorten your stay, we won’t refund nights unused, even if you cancel. Any additional cleaning or stained towels will be subject to a fee of up to $150. We value transparency and want you to be aware of the neighborhood dynamics to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Neighborhood
We lived in this home for 14yrs until two months ago. We miss this home because our children were raised here and we love the space, layout, and outdoor patio 24x 24 covered deck. The house is located about 4 miles north of downtown near the 610n & 45n intersection. We are only about 2 miles from the Heights neighborhood, with plenty of great restaurants and things to do. In terms of the Texas Medical Center (TMC) we about a 20-25min drive to Memorial Hermann, St. Lukes, Texas Childrens, Methodist, Women's Hospital, etc. Downtown is only a 10-15 min drive which is where the Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, BBVA Soccer stadium, Midtown and Theater district are located. The home is completely gated, which is perfect for those travelers with pets or children. The front gate has a automatic gate opener and we provider a clicker for your use during your stay. The back area of the home has a large 24 x 24 deck that is great for entertaining family and just lounging around. The home has a large master bedroom with a 15x 10 walk in custom built closet. Three of the bedroom are on one side of the home the other is on the opposite and can be used as an office. We do have a $100 pet fee, per pet. max 2 The area is going through a transitional phase, and property values have doubled in the past five years because of Its proximity to Houston Heights. Some neighbors might have music playing late into the weekend.. We never had issue with neighbors, and they are all very nice!
