***All Utilities Included*** Amazing RV centrally located in Houston the Highland Heights neighborhood adjacent to Oak Forest, Garden Oaks and only a couple of miles from Historic Heights. We sit on 2 acres along with 3 other tiny homes and 2 rv's. The other guest do have pets on the property. The RV has a queen bed and and 2 bunk beds. The living space is set up with a table for four, which converts to a bed, as well. We do have a limited of 2 adults in the RV.
Good to know
The RV sits on 2 acres along with several Tiny Homes and RV's on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10p-7a. We do cater to many travel nurses so we ask that the noise level be kept to a minimum out of courtesy to our other guests. Thank you
Other Details to Note
If you do bring your pets please pick up after your pets waste or we will charge a fee of $25 per incident. We ask that only registered guest stay in the home. In the event the guest who booked is not staying in the home the reservation will be canceled and not refunds will be returned for violation of house rules. By booking you are agreeing to the rules. We will provide a gate remote & RV keys in the event it is lost there will be a $50 replacement fee. The home is completely fenced and gated, the entire 2 acres.
